The staff were friendly and cute. the location is superb. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby! i found the room very clean. i especially liked the reception area. It had a good feeling.
I wish there was a better description of the room. the bathroom felt very small. The surrounding wall was made up of glass, so using the bathroom in the middle of the night was troublesome.

I found the staff consistently helpful. they assisted with directions and local recommendations. i could leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. the location was excellent. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. our room faced the back, so street noise was minimal.
the shower was a bit small. i had some trouble adjusting the temperature quickly.

the reception staff answered inquiries promptly and efficiently. they also arranged taxi service to the airport. i noticed the team offered assistance with luggage and provided maps of the surrounding area.

Location proved suitable. It was near shops.
The room was cramped. The shower was difficult to use. I am plus size and could not shower without pushing the temperature knob or leaning against the wall.
